KROMI Logistik AG is a manufacturer-independent retailer and logistics provider. As such, everything revolves around process-optimized tool procurement, the associated cost savings of processes for the customer and technical optimization when using the tools on the machines. As one of the world's leading integrators of tool logistics, KROMI Logistik AG was looking for an IT service provider that could advise a fast-growing company on current IT issues, plan them and implement them in national and international projects. These ranged from process consulting and optimization through individual software development and administrative activities to the operation of a cloud infrastructure.
Consistent, optimized use of Integra Integration Services made it possible to connect the KROMI Tool Center (KTC) tool supply system to the company’s merchandise management system without any problems. Tools that do not fit in the KROMI Tool Center due to their size can now also be requested or ordered directly via Integra eProc. Integra PIM was introduced for central master data management, from which the data is automatically transferred to the SAP B1 HANA ERP system as well as to external customer catalogues and tool presetting systems.
- All processes, from the customer through KROMI Logistik AG to the respective manufacturer, are now completely electronic and efficient.
